Excellent customer Service. These guys will go out of the way to help your equipment fixed on time. I have never seen a tractor trailer maintenance shop being so professional and help. I would be calling them for any help needed on Toronto/Montreal corridor.

We have called upon J&E Truck Service many times in the last year, we used to have issues finding good service in the Ottawa area, but since we started dealing with J&E it is now our one call solution. They go to great lengths to get us back on the road ASAP and their communication is the best, they always let us know what is going so we can plan the next step. I highly recommend J&E Truck Service.

This was my first time dealing with J&E Truck Service and certainly won't be the last time. Tech was on site very quickly and got our Unit running. I dealt with Jennifer and she was truly amazing to deal with.. even emailed me after to explain in detail what took place and what we should do since it was a brand new Unit. They are put at the very top of my Vendor list for their surrounding areas.

Great customer experience! The team at J&E Truck Service were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. It was Sunday afternoon and I was in a bind. I had broken the lock nut on my automobile and could not get the tire off the car. All the local garages were closed so I decided to try my luck with J&E. They were very supportive and offered to help. Within an hour and half they were at my door ready to assist me. Very honest people, good business acumen, great customer service, and very nice.
