Urban Barn is my go to place.. the people there are very nice. Service is always great. The store is so beautifully decorated and amazing to shop for.. love love love the store. The prices are reasonable I could go on and on.

Always such a fantastic experience! We've made some large purchases here and will continue to do so. Christine is such a delight and so helpful without making you feel pressured to buy. Each staff member has a casual and positive air of helpfulness and friendliness while giving you appropriate space to browse and discuss accordingly. We love urban barn and their beautiful products.

Love this store!! It's quite a large store compared to many that are located in southern ontario, so you can actually see and touch many furniture and decor items in person. The manager and staff are fantastic, very friendly and ready to assist with anything. The furniture is beautiful and I have a large wishlist. We recently bought the Bridgetown dining table in Claire Fawn and the Marais dining table and I get lots of compliments on both.

I have been going to Urban Barn for years and I can not speak enough great things! The ladies are always helpful, very informative, and an overall pleasure. Not to mention, you are always greeted with a smile. There are very few stores that treat each customer like a close friend and for that I will always support Urban Barn Sudbury. Thank you to Cathy and the team (especially Dawn, Roni, and Christine) for ALL that you do!

Bought a sofa bed.
Wrong colour delivered.Would not exchange.Local manager and staff refused to assume responsibility for error.
Gave me a $150 gift card.Went back to store to use gift card and was not treated very well by acting manager who gave lots of attitude.I guess she feels guilty because she would no admit to the mistake

The staff at the Sudbury UB are fantastic. They allow you space to browse but are always quick to offer assistance and answer questions. I’m always happy with the quality of the products I’ve purchased.

The staff at the Sudbury location were so helpful and patient! I was in the store quite a few times over the year and Christine was always happy to help me drag furniture around so I could visualize things together. These trips really paid off and I love my new space. Thank you ladies!
