They have lots of selection in general but what I was looking for particularly had very little selection and almost every shoe was mostly black with a few brown ones. My second trip trying to buy shoes her and my second time leaving empty handed. Also found the prices not that great.

I just purchased a pair of shoes from The Shoe Company. The employee asked for my phone number and email, which I declined. She explained why she needed the information, but I declined again. She then asked, "Not even for the savings?" I reiterated that I didn't want to provide my phone number and email. She responded with an attitude, saying, "I wish I had enough money to not care about savings." She was very pushy and rude. I won't be shopping at The Shoe Company again.

Nice big store with lots of selection. I like that there is a clearance section in the back. The associates were pleasant and not pushy at all. The location is great, right on Merivale. This is a nice, clean store and worth the trip. I paid $77 on clearance for these awesome shoes!

The company’s system is flawed. I was doing an exchange but the credit was not getting applied back to the account. Santiago went above and beyond to call customer service and resolve the matter.

Came in to exchange a pair of shoes and waited at the cash, an employee removed my stuff from the cash to help another lady that was also doing an exchange felt devalued completely disrespectful this is what you call privileged. Never going back

Went here at 5:15 on Sunday and they were closed? I usually love their selection, especially clearance, but they seem to have shoes that may gear towards an older population.

Good prices but not alot of selection. The store was a bit messy and uou had to hunt for the correct size. Lotsvof brand names like Nike, Van's, Puma, Crocs, etc.

The store is so dirty. Garbage and tags and tissue all over the floor.racks are empty. I won't shop here again

Went in on Saturday morning fir shoes. Door was open, nobody was in store except another customer. Found shoes I wanted but was told they weren't open yet. Story about sleeping in, missed his bus. I asked hiw long itcwoukd take, he went on to say he had paperwork to do etc. I mentioned I was dye somewhere soon but could wait in my car. I asked 10 minutes?? He answered you could try if I'm open I'm open. I told him he had a bad attitude and to keep the shoes. I buy all our family shoes at this location, unfortunately this experience has left me no choice but to buy elsewhere.

Returns online are very difficult and you have to pay for the shipping. I received one of the items damaged and they sent in that case a return label shipping for Purolator with a very limited time to return it. For that reason, if you don't have a store nearby avoid to order online from them.
