I don't always like this store as sometime there are inventory issues however tonight was different. The girl working the cash was EXCEPTIONAL and made the visit extremely pleasant. Because of her I will definitely go back.

Happy customer! The two ladies were very helpful, friendly & kind and contributed to a great shoe shopping experience & the lady behind the counter was exceptional! Her kindness and customer service was outstanding.

Nice store good dealsUpdate.. down to 2 stars they seem afraid to call for a second cashier. Long line not moving no call for back up.. I put shoes down and left..Just cannot believe they are only open till 6 Monday to Friday. Guess they don't like to make money.

Good prices but not always a ton of selection. Only a few sizes per options. Service was not good. Not a single person said hi or offered help. Disappointed in a shoe store with only a few no name options.

They asked for my phone number and email at check out. They assured me they wouldn't contact me. 24 hours later the spam emails started. They outright lied to my face. I will never shop there again. Brilliant move dummies! ?

The should be called the information company, because that's what they really sell. They wanted my name, email, phone number, and address just to buy shoes with cash?? HARD PASS!!! I get enough spam thank you. Bought the shoes elsewhere online and saved $40

Small selection. One shoe I wanted to try on was missing it's sole. Didn't have my size, staff not helpful at all. Not shopping here again.

I had gone to the store during a promotional event and bought 2 pairs of shoes and was told I earned $60 in points. I saved these points to buy winter boots and get told I have no points because they expire in 3 months, very frustrating as that was never mentioned during the promotional event! While I was at the store the customer infront of me was also frustrated because their points from a few weeks ago are suddenly nonexistent too. The floor staff was nice, the supervisor on cash not so much.

I personally found some shoes after walking around for about 15 minutes with no assistance or acknowledgment from any staff that were walking around chatting it up. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience today in the store...typically any shoe shopping is hard for me based on size 11 feet...but Pauline was super helpful and made it a quick and easy experience!! She made great recommendations for footwear for my new job! Thank you so much!

Got some great shoes and a purse but one staff member who was a male was kinda rude when I asked for help , he got kinda snarky with me . The young lady at the front cash was very nice and very helpful .
