Telus crooked company and thieves. Long time customer. Traded in perfectly good phone. Then they turn around and bill you for the phone u traded in. (Phone contract was time was up when traded in). Made u feel like u were gaining something with a rebate on new phone by trading old one, in then a almost 2 months later bill you for the phone that was traded in. So ur not gaining anything, Basically took my phone and billed me for it. It's like a thief stole ur phone and took your wallet at the same time.

Twice we have had a technician dispatched to correct an alarm issue, and the technician was clueless as to how to complete the job. What should have taken at most an hour, took almost 8 and was only completed because I pointed out he was working on the wrong cable.

I went to buy iPhone 16 pro desert titanium to my wife and met mister Alex, perfect gentleman in store, he accidentally grabbed sliver titanium phone and my wife opened it after getting home and we got shocked, we went back to Alex he said it’s his fault and he changed the phone instantly for us, most of the stores try to blame it on customers in this case cos seal is opened and phone worth nothing after that !! Even thought Alex was honest and genuine

My phone signal is terrible e erywhere i go. Make more towers or something idk its embarrassing. I have no service in my own house half the time and i live in the middle of the damn city. My friends with bell have full bars. Oh on the highway no music for you no bars. Guess your up friend with a real provider. Next time i need a new phone im gone.

Jeff was awsome had me in and out in under 40 mins made everything easy nothing but good things to say service was excellent I added my mom to my plan and 2 days later I added my dad it was so easy

Very professional there Josh what you did to me today. So I seen you storm out of work looking soooo angry. But I hope you quit, if not, get fired.The service here is very unprofessional. Telus Communications needs new staff. Because I tried to go get my upgrade. It said I qualified on my account. Well Josh's system said otherwise. I asked Josh over and over again to call customer service, but he wouldn't, after a few minutes Josh finally gave in and called. Josh let me talk to the rep too, and she told me I needed a $200 deposit, which I said okay. But man oh man this Josh guy, just started yelling at me for no reason at all. He just would not help me get my new iPhone 15 plus. Then he kicked me out for no reason, I was shocked at him. And in the meantime while I was waiting, this girl was just standing there like a hump on a log, would not look at me. Very very unprofessional these two, if you see a guy with a beard, don't go to this store because he is so rude and disrespectful. But I think he was being racist because I'm indigenous. He was so mean and just didn't want to help me get my phone. Gaawwd!! Some people have so much stupidity. Just wait until I speak to the person who hired you, because he'll fire you soooo fast. And I'll be there in front row watching.

Received terrible customer service in the Telus Store at the New Sudbury Shopping Mall.First off, I had to ask if the person was a worker, not even greeted as the other 3 workers were busy assisting other customers.Waited 10 minutes just to be told what I already knew.No thanks for coming in etc...Clerk had a hoody on her head, not professional in any way. Will not be returning to this location and will continue with the best service at the South End.

I returned my iphone12 to purchase a 14. The sales person helped me change my data plan and get the best price for my new phone. She paired my phone and moved all my info to the new phone.

Walked in and was quoted over $100 for the new iPhone 14 pro max and infinite data plan.... almost signed up.Went to the Telus store in the South end because a coworker recommended them. and they told me that I qualify for employee discounts through my work and now I'm under $90 for a new pro max and plan.And the guy gave me his cell # and said to text him if I have any problems, and he would take care of it.Don't go to this store they need more training.

I recently visited this location to get information on a new phone. I wasn't sure if I was ready to upgrade but with the staff's help, I was able to make a an educated the decision. One the staff members even let me use his phone for a big so I could see how it was. Since I was migrating from an iPhone to a Google Pixel, they made sure to help me understand the new device. Thanks to their help, I ended up upgrading both my lines.They were so friendly and helpful and were able to help me with my upgrades super quickly! I appreciate the help and am enjoying my new phone!
