I walked in with my grandpas 1940s wedding band, this is a family heirloom and means the world to me. It had become flat on 2 sides. I came in almost at closing without realizing. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! SUPER FRIENDLY AND UNDERSTANDING! FIXED MY RING AND POLISHED IT TO ALMOST LIKE NEW. SUPERB 100% RECOMEND
