Great place. Nice area great staff and pharmacy. They are right beside the walk in clinic so that helps.

Hung up on x2 wait for order that they didn't put on for delivery MANY times. Eitems never seem to coincide. Not very many good experiences in 3yrs. I'm writing this so you know its not acceptable.

Pharmacist and pharmacy staff were very helpful and very nice! The filled my prescription very quickly! I was very happy with my service. I will definitely be returning.

Bought an electric chair for my mom. Decided on a chair for $1249.99 which was signed for that price. I have a picture. When I went to pay. They said “oh sorry but the chair is actually $1900. Since my mom really needed the chair I bought it. I get the chair home. My mom refused to use it. So I called Pharmasave back and told them what is happening. A manager was to call me back. I’m still waiting for a call. It’s been three weeks. Even if the answer was no I would have really appreciated a call back. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Will not support this store in the future. I will add that Penny was very helpful initially buying the chair.

My elderly aunt called for her prescription that hadn’t been delivered 5 days after ordering. She called pharmacist to inquire when her prescription would be delivered and he hung up on her.

Very slow service. Prescribed drug not in stock. Long wait time. Techs not knowledgeable. Switched pharmacy!

My experience with this pharmacy has is borderline neglect and completely terrible in every which way . You see my wife was in the hospital for dehydration due to consistent vomiting . The cost of the meds was just under 200.00 but of course they only had 1 day supply to pick up remainder the next day. I returned the next day only to find out the medication was not there. They said may take a week, while my wife was at home vomiting constantly and they said that was best they can do. My suggestion is stay clear of this location they never have medications in stock. Worst pharmacy in Sudbury. Darrin Robinson!
