0 star closed the way earlier I was inside looking noone there decided to go to bathroom then lady same said I'm closing in 5 mins I can't sell you anything someone really need to take over this store so lazy can't open one single lock with in 5 mins and sell me a pack of cigarettes was only gonna take a min we trucks provide him food in there fridge and stay on the road but couldn't spend 1 min never rude

Please, for the love of God. I'm praying that the owner of this Suncor franchise will read this. As a fellow shareholder of this publicly traded business. Your employees require training, guidance, and company uniforms. And an attitude tune up. This truck stop has a great location. But it doesn't mean anything when you have employees that gaslight new customers to your business that could increase our profit margins of Suncor Energy. I'm praying this will resonate with the business owner here. Perhaps encouraging employees to start their investment journey with a Canadian trading app like Wealthsimple and spending some time at the library or at work reading a good book such as "It's called work for a reason" by Larry Winget.
Maybe people will care about their job and where they spend their money if they own shares in that publicly traded company?

Why Petro Pass, Sudbury, Ontario. 3070 Regent Street. no one controls??? The container for washing the windshield is filled with plain water, which is dirty, instead of washing liquid that washes away greasy stains from flying insects. brushes are always broken or with short sticks; for tracks there must be a long rod. I hope the administrator will address this complaint and correct it.???

I wish i could give 0 star to this petro pass
I visited today April 24 in the morning and went to use washroom and it’s not even exact 2 mins and she came knocking door….., come on attend customers in front waiting for you rather than listening songs and making us embarrassed, that’s why didn’t even buy anything from there! ( She did same with another person i saw—)

"no pizza on Mondays," yea, because trucks don't operate on Mondays..... Thanks for treating us so well, I guess it's either a hot dog on a roller or a 2 day old pre packaged sandwich to finish off a 14hr day at the only truck stop in Sudbury.

Totally a joke. No squeegees or washer fluid to wash your windows parking lot is like a farmer's field never been touched rougher and hack and you can't get into the washrooms after 10:00 why buy fuel here
