Went here to buy a special cleaning chemical for a stubborn stain on the outside of my car. The employee who helped me came out and made sure that it worked before he sold me the product. I strongly recommend this place.

Worst customer service i have ever seen… stood there for like 5 minutes as buddy was texting on his phone… made me feel awkward for even being there… when i asked if anyone was working he gave me a a line saying « I’m working right now »..: a simple acknowledgment of presence would have gone a long way… told him all good Ill go to another store…hit Maslacks on Lorne now they know what they are doing!

Went in to purchase rear brakes for my 2020 Corolla, was never asked if my vehicle had an electric ebrake or manual.. was just sold the brakes and sent on my way. Now my vehicle is on ramps, brake pads dont fit and they cant get any AT ALL. Going to have to put it back together and go elsewhere, which wasn't the plan!

I can tell you this I recently left with the company and worked hard I take my work seriously but the staff are unprofessional when you go around swearing in front of customers just because you know them you still gotta act professional and staff here don’t. Also I wouldn’t advise working here as you will get mistreated considering my experience was not the greatest and it’s very unfortunate. There needs to be a change in staff in this location.
