The team here is great, but unfortunately whoever they get to do the repairs is not, I had to send an S23 Ultra in for warranty because of a dead pixel, received it back with a fingerprint on the lens (under the glass) and scuffing on the top of the phone, so it was sent back out, only to be returned with the scuffing and a scratch on the screen, they cleaned the lens but said no repair was done, so now I have purchased a new flagship device that feels like a refurbished device, it already has more damage than my previous flagship I used for 2 years, not impressed at all and definitely have buyers regret

Any issue is sent to a chat-bot. I pay more now with a different provider just to have the pleasure of speaking to humans, and it's worth it.

For the most part I love being with koodo, until today. I recently upgraded my phone, about 4 months ago. I broke the phone and called to make a claim with the protection plan that I pay 9$ a month for. I was told when I upgraded, the protection plan was never transferred to new device, meaning I've been paying the 9 dollar protection plan fee for a phone that I no longer have. Now on a 5 day wait to see if they can switch the coverage to new phone if that makes any sense. Plans are great, signal is great, too bad customer service turned out to be such at down

Friendly & Fast.Only thing I would say is the phone I wanted had to get from store & not online . Went to store and they didn’t have it & needed to be shipped out. Not sure why we couldn’t get order online. We live an hour away. But that’s Koodo not the girls in the stores fault.
