If you book an appointment for a repair expect them to tell you no tech is available and to come back tomorrow. The service is terrible, and they just shrug their shoulders and don’t care.even the manager told me he couldn’t help. So now I need to take 3 trips here for one simple battery replacement.UPDATE: Went back and was offered a discount but they damaged my phone during the battery change and wanted me to pay $500 to replace the screen!

Spilt water in my laptop so I decided to bring it here to get looked at. The guy behind the counter proceeds to tell me that it will cost at least $1000 to fix it. I tell him that I paid way more for it so the fix is worth it. While he is going through the repair service and gathering my information, he tells me it will most likely cost $2,000 now. Strange how the price magically went up another $1000 to fix now. Then he proceeds to tell me about why it is good to buy a new laptop instead with an extended warranty. Clearly he only cared about selling me a new laptop rather than having my old one repaired, or else why keep lying about the cost or trying to tell me how good a new laptop was.If you are really that shady to lie about fixing something just to earn a commission on a sale, then clearly this place shouldn’t be trusted at all. Definitely don’t waste your money here and just buy online at the Apple Store.

I had really bad experience with jump plus today me and my friends went it to buy iPhone 11 so we asked one of the employee (Shannon) to help and she told us they have 2 available in stock 64gb and 128, so my friend wanted to check another store as well so we came back to jump plus after checking other store literally after 10 minutes and she (Shannon) told us they don’t have in stock anymore this was very strange so we waited for their store lead (Justin)to help and honestly he was so nice to help. In the end we were very disappointed with the service from your employee Shannon I mean how can you just say to someone when you yourself said you had it in stock.

Thank you so much to the entire Jump+ Team. I recently brought my iPhone in for an AppleCare+ repair, and the service I received went above and beyond my expectations. I was fully prepared to be without my own device until after Christmas. I dropped my phone off Monday evening at 5:30 PM and it the repair was completed by 8pm the same day. I am so grateful and will continue going to Jump+ for all my Apple needs.

Problem in pricing in storeWent there to purchase a MacBook Pro 14 inch with m3 pro for the price 2949,00$ as shown in the picture. At the cash they told me the pricing was wrong after making me wait for a while and that the price was 3249,00$ online at Apple Store. Meanwhile in the store it clearly said the price of 2949,00$. Manager refused to honor consumer pricing and could only give a discount of student pricing. Waited more than 1h in the store and didn’t get any laptop. Bad customer service

I purchased AirPods Pro 2s from Costco with AppleCare+ in May. My noise cancellation is not working properly so I booked an appointment for express replacement through Jump+.I dropped them off and was told they would be replaced in 3-5 days. About one hour later I received a call saying they were ready for pick up and had no issues. Nothing was fixed and I was told to call Apple support.I have since returned my AirPods to Costco, who took them back 5 months later. I highly recommend avoiding this store and buying anything Apple related from Costco who will actually back their products. Also avoid AppleCare+ because it seems after spending 10% of my products cost for an extended warranty, Apple will still not back their products.In response to reply: my 1 star review is not due to Apples policies but rather Jump+’s inability to diagnose a clear issue with my AirPods and then telling me to contact Apple support rather than offer a solution. It was Apple support that sent me to your store in the first place.

Purchased a screen protector for my new iPhone pro last week. Associate sold me a otterbox protector for my otterbox case. Protector started peeling from day one Associate said it would take a couple of days for it to settle after asking manager how to install. Well it didn’t. A week latter I returned only to be told that it’s the best they could do. Cost 45 dollars. Terrible, terrible after sales service. I purchased several phones from jump in the past . I guess it’s time to find a business that offers better customer service.

Great service as always, fast, easy, patient just to name a couple great traits from the staff at this location. Nituj was fast to retrieve my phone, Shannon was fast and efficient cashing me out. Hunter and Joe were both great to talk to and assist me with any questions that I had. Harjot and Kunal were both very pleasant as well to deal with. Thanks again guys!!!

Had some questions and went in to the New Sudbury location to ask them in person. Hadn't been inside the store since pre-Covid. The staff was as knowledgeable and helpful as ever.Hunter, who served me that day, answered with kindness and infinite patience. I left happy, once again, to have bought a Mac.

Is there not an option for more stars?!I cannot say enough about my absolute positive experience over the last 24 hrs at this location. Phone destroyed , given a “loner”, phone replaced,…all within 24 hours!!! The amazing service from Evan and Hunter as they held my hand through the upset of my iPhone being destroyed, is beyond words…..let’s just say, a screen full of Gold Stars is just a start. Thank you so very much - “life is good”✌️
