“Ive had Net Spectrum rural internet in the st. Charles area for 2 years now. They have the best rates for unlimited internet and it usually works well. The reason I can't give 5 starts is because about twice a year I have my internet slow way down and have to call in to get it readjusted, also when in a thunderstorm the internet always goes out so it's not perfectly reliable (I assume it's common tech errors because of the satellite and tower). The good thing is it's super quick to call in with almost no wait time and the customer service is absolutely amazing and second to none!”
