I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make my mother's birthday special!I initially placed an order online for local delivery for a Maison Berger lamp starter kit and some fragrances. Diane got in touch right away to let me know that one of the fragrances was out of stock. I was in the midst of flying from my homebase in Los Angeles up to Wisconsin, so I didn't have reliable access to inventory for a replacement. I vaguely asked for a couple alternatives my mom would like. Diane came back with spot on suggestions that my mother ended up adoring!5/5 all around. The service was friendly, speedy, and knowledgable. The process was easy, even from a distance and intermittent connections on my end.I hope I can make the trip from LA to Sudbury for next year to shop in person, but I've found a solid go to either way!Diane: Thank you very much, again, you made the day special for my mom and took the stress out of everything for me.”
“Brought my broken window in not long after they opened. Within a few hours Dave called to say the window was finished. Very reasonable price! Dave even helped me by carrying the window for me from the car when I brought it in, and back to the car when I picked it up. Excellent, friendly service! I highly recommend Cosmos!”
“Stopped by here to take a look. It is, as others have mentioned, a cramped packed shop. It is chalk full of reloading supplies. If you don't like searching this may not be a shop for you. I really enjoyed poking around. The older gents at the shop were helpful when i asked questions - the wealth of knowledge they have was great! Definitely not a big box store. There was quite a few items that other shops don't usually keep in stock. If you are looking for obscure items this place is a goldmine.”

“I went to the Sudbury store and was greeted immediately with friendly staff and when I found a table set that I liked she asked for the manager to assist in ordering one for me, which only took one week to arrive and he actually recognized me from my other visits throughout the years ? I have been a return customer for the past six years and enjoy all of my furniture pieces. Great prices and great staff! I picked up my order today and the warehouse staff were also very friendly and loaded it into my vehicle promptly, thank you! I have referred many of my family and friends to shop there. And when I need something else I will definitely be back!
