1485 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury“I recently had the opportunity to visit the Canadian Tire Gas Station, and overall, it proved to be a convenient and reliable option for fueling up my vehicle. Here is my detailed review of the experience.First and foremost, the location of the gas station was easily accessible, situated in a prime area that made it convenient for both locals and travelers passing through. The ample parking space provided a hassle-free experience, ensuring that there were no long queues or congested areas to navigate while refueling. The fuel pumps themselves were well-maintained and clearly marked, making it easy to choose the appropriate fuel grade. The availability of different fuel options, including regular, mid-grade, premium, and diesel, catered to the diverse needs of various vehicles. I appreciated the station's commitment to providing quality fuel and ensuring that customers' vehicles received the appropriate care. One aspect that stood out during my visit was the exceptional customer service. The attendants were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ready to assist customers with any queries or concerns. They promptly addressed my questions, guided me through the fueling process, and offered helpful suggestions regarding vehicle maintenance. Such personalized attention and genuine care enhanced the overall experience and left a positive impression.Another noteworthy feature of the Canadian Tire Gas Station was the cleanliness and organization of the premises. The forecourt area was well-maintained, with no visible litter or spills, which contributed to a pleasant environment while refueling. Furthermore, the availability of additional services such as windshield cleaning supplies and air pumps added value to the overall experience. One area where the gas station could improve is the availability of amenities. While the primary focus is on fuel, having a convenience store or snack bar on-site would enhance the customer experience by providing refreshments or essential items for purchase. However, considering that the primary purpose of the establishment is fueling, this might be a minor concern for some customers. In terms of pricing, the Canadian Tire Gas Station offered competitive rates compared to neighboring stations. Additionally, the loyalty program, if available, could be a significant advantage for frequent visitors, allowing them to earn rewards or discounts on future fuel purchases.”

I filed a police report and the officer investigating asked all 3 companies to share their security footage. Pioneer was the only company that agreed. Even though it's not a lot of effort on their part to send over their security footage, they had nothing directly to gain by putting in the little bit of extra effort, something neither Esso nor Mac's was willing to do. I'm thankful for Pioneer that they're willing to help out with police investigations in the city and I like their service :)”

1810 Regent St, Sudbury“We are full time RVers but passing Sudbury early in the season. We went to 3 different camping areas South of Sudbury but all were closed. We boondocked overnight at Petro-Canada and it was nice, safe, quiet. Yes, there are big trucks there and a couple had their generators running but we were over at the side and did not find it bothersome. There is a Salude Coffee just up the street for breakfast and it is a really nice place to hang, eat, and do internet. This Petro-Canada only sells diesel to commercial not private so we did have to go looking for a regular gas station.”

287 Lorne St, Sudbury“What can I say, except that we are lucky that this little gas station is still open in the Gatchell area when it seams we are preferring big full service gas stations on major thoroughfares. Its got great friendly service, you can pay at the pump and they still have a compressor if you are low on tire pressure.”

“Convenient place to get gas when grocery shopping. It is clean and well maintained. The pumps can be a little bit slow. Sometimes it can get busy causing a wait for gas. The kiosk is small and can get crowded (pre-covid), but has lots of convenience products.”
