I had bought new washer / dryer and it was delivered to my house but it didn’t fix my space
The manager called me personally. Had the units picked up same day with no issues extra money and helped me over the phone to order the right size.

“I went to the Sudbury store and was greeted immediately with friendly staff and when I found a table set that I liked she asked for the manager to assist in ordering one for me, which only took one week to arrive and he actually recognized me from my other visits throughout the years ? I have been a return customer for the past six years and enjoy all of my furniture pieces. Great prices and great staff! I picked up my order today and the warehouse staff were also very friendly and loaded it into my vehicle promptly, thank you! I have referred many of my family and friends to shop there.
