There have been a lot if people come and go, but this staff is great. They are always helpful and the manager is always going out of her way to assist me and other customers. Whether it is trying to order products or finding a new favourite, Sabina is working hard.

The staff are always warm & welcoming to me. They make sure to make me aware of any upcoming sales which can be incredibly helpful. I am a brand educator for a line that they carry and they are always attentive if I have any product information to share while I am shopping. Thank you for making me feel valued. :)

I’ve been a member at Cosmo-Prof for 16 years now. I’ve seen many staff and managers come and go. Out of all the managers that I’ve dealt with Sabina has always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. I don’t know how she keeps her composure with all the negative customers that she deals with. Every time I go in she greats me with a smile. I think it’s time Cosmo-Prof gives her and the staff a raise. Thank you Sabina for being you. Never let the negative customers infect your attitude. ❤️

I’ve been a loyal customer of CosmoProf Sudbury for years and have always had a great experience.Management and staff are always courteous and helpful when I have questions, would like to call in an order for pickup or need something specific.They are consistently going above and beyond for their clientele, especially during the lockdowns that COVID has brought to the beauty industry. They are innovative, compassionate, supportive and I feel valued when leaving their store.Keep up the wonderful work, Sudbury team!

CosmoProf Sudbury is EXTREMELY unprofessional, condescending, and rude. My sister and I just went in there to look at nail supplies and the key holder was probably the most condescending piece of work we have EVER had the misfortune to witness.From what my sister and I gathered by what we had overheard: There was a customer trying to buy products using their daughter's card for what ever reason. This soft spoken lady must have been asking questions about products. It must have tipped her off and this employee called her out and said "I can tell you're not a hairstylist". The employee continued to loudly and obnoxiously assert her authority and repeat the stores policies. And fyi, laughing it off as if you weren't being condescending didn't hide the fact you were still being condescending. This poor lady did not seem like she was being difficult. She was just asking questions. She left and the look on her face says it all.There was a customer trying to buy products with an expired license/invalid (not entirely sure what the situation was as my sister and I were eavesdropping) but the employee was again, frustrated that she had to repeat herself. This lady called her husband to get a card number. Passed the phone to the employee. The entire store heard her. This was embarassing for the lady, her daughter as well as other customers in the store. My sister was about to snap. My anxieties were sky rocketing. I have never felt so uncomfortable in the store in my life.When my sister and I stood in line, there was a lady in front of us being cashed out by that awful employee. It was just me and my sister in line. This employee raised her voice in the worst tone shouting for her co worker to get to the cash. Little did she know, her co-worker was in the back looking for a color for a customer! The customer even shouted back saying she is helping her. But she continued shouting for her co-worker. My sister and I are ready to leave at this point. Luckily, the other worker came to the cash and my sister dodged the key holder cause I thought she was gonna snap. I think her name was Kaden, sweet sweet sweet girl. Very friendly.Granted, having a customer right after the other trying to do things they are not supposed to do is frustrating. It is annoying to have to repeat yourself all the time and be THAT person to reinforce policies. But there is a way of conveying messages without being condescending. Without hurting someone's feelings. Without humiliating them! There is NO NEED to be that loud and that obnoxious. There is NO NEED to belittle people. What are you gaining from that? You are definitely intimidating. So intimidating I decided to just buy my wax cause I desperately needed it but will be ordering things online elsewhere from now on. I rather wait a few weeks for my order than wait in line for two minutes at Cosmoprof.I am a business owner, been one for two years. And I take pride in my customer service with my clients. It's a shame that the only professional hair and Esthetics store in town has a terrible rep for this level of customer service.Oh, just to add insult to injury, I went in looking for a few gallons of Acetone roughly a month and a half ago. I left them my name and number. They assured me they would have some in stock the following week and they will call me to come pick it up. Never got a call. So I went in multiple times to see if they had any. Still no acetone. I'm an Esthetician and Nail Artist. I go through acetone like its water. It's frustrating that the nail supplies ection is always so poorly stocked. There is never anything I need when I need it. Stupid me, I wait til I go in to realize it. Not anymore. I'm ordering online from a different company from now on.
