Bought a brand new rv back in 2021 and also purchased extended warranty. Told them that my water heater was making a strange noise and was told that was normal. Made many calls always sent to voicemail and never had a single returned call. Turns our the water heater was arching and could have very well led to fire. Fixed it without them because they are impossible to reach. Truly dissatisfied with the service after the sale. Do not stand behind their products.

My wife and I purchased a brand new TT from Hills RV. It was a positive experience from what started as a simple e mail inquiry. A quick reply ensued. Next was a very personable phone conversation, and not long after we committed to a purchase. No regrets travelling from north of Toronto to get amazing personal service. Love our new Highland Ridge! Mike is very professional and honest. We purchased our trailed in March 2024 and so far we are very happy with our choice.

I had a great experience buying my new Palomino from Mike. This is my third travel trailer purchase but the first time the process was effortless and completely transparent without extra fees and pressure for a bunch of stuff I don’t need. The best thing about buying from Hills is they do full rebuilds on trailers so he really understands how they’re made and what to look for in the PDI. My last two trailers had flaws on delivery because they just want it off the lot. Mike caught a defect from the original install of the water tank that left a crack and would have ruined my first trip. My other dealers would have missed this for sure. Mike was able to install a new one in no time. I highly recommend Mike and Hill’s RV!

My wife and I drove 4.5 hours to Hill`s Rv to purchase a used Wolf Pulp travel trailer that we saw on his website. Lets say " it was worth the drive". Mike was very honest about the history and condition of the trailer. He even showed me pictures of a damage bumper that the previous owner had caused which was repaired.No sales pressure at all, He arranged delivery of the trailer to my home with in a week for a fair price. I highly recommend Hill`s Rv for sales and service. Great shopping experience with Mike Hill.

Love, love, love this place! Mike really puts in the effort to do everything with excellence. He's professional, honest and particular. We felt like a valued customer the minute we first came here to look at a unit. And the whole process was great! We had some extra work done on the trailer before it left the lot, and even though Mike is a busy guy and has lots of other things occupying his time and brain space, I always felt well looked after and respected from start to finish.

Great service. Mike is very knowledgeable about the trailers he sells and services. Unlike the big dealers I have dealt with. If he can't answer your question he will research it and get back to you ASAP.

Small RV dealer working very hard to become big! Family owned business. Mike was honest and upfront about the trailer we bought about previous repairs repairs done. Workmanship was top notch.
