If I could select 10 stars I would! After yet another terrible customer experience at Shopper's I moved to West End. BEST decision, BEST customer service, BEST staff and overall BEST experience! I feel less vulnerable as I try to find a new family doctor since mine is retiring. Thank you West End Pharmacy for all that you do.

I just changed over to West End Pharmacy, after at the Jenny Trout building for 40yrs, and I've had better service and people who enjoy their jobs. Nothing like all the miserable one at the Jenny Trout. I didn't even have to call in my order, they had it ready the morning it was to be ready, and I got a call saying I could pick it up. I get a nice smile when I walk in, not like the nasty looks and grumpy service I got from Jenny Trout. I don't know why I started with such bad service for so long
My number order is ready for tomorrow, so we'll see if they keep up the great work.

This pharmacy is the most helpful and have great people.All the staff are amazing,I can’t pick just one.The owner George is an amazing man and would help anyone.Most definitely the go to pharmacy if you live in Stratford and area.

We’ve used this pharmacy a couple of times now and have had no issues. Staff are helpful. Will be using them for all future prescriptions.*update: I’ve now used their delivery option for an over-the-counter item while I was sick as well. The fee (for non-prescription items) was reasonable and the process was easy and fast. I seriously can’t recommend this pharmacy enough! 10/10

Had some confusion regarding registering for my second dose of the covid vaccine and they went above and beyond to help me. The staff and pharmacist there were absolutely wonderful and so helpful.

By far the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The staff treat you like you are an actual person, and they all are so friendly and kind. They get your prescriptions ready super fast so you don't have to stand around waiting. The owner George is fantastic. He always greets you by your name and with a smile as do his fantastic employees. I recommend to everyone, and I don't plan on changing pharmacies any time soon.
