If I could select 10 stars I would! After yet another terrible customer experience at Shopper's I moved to West End. BEST decision, BEST customer service, BEST staff and overall BEST experience! I feel less vulnerable as I try to find a new family doctor since mine is retiring. Thank you West End Pharmacy for all that...
