The majority of items are out of stock. If walmart can't stock it, they have to close the business in stratford. On top of that, there customer service doesn't answer the call. And when they answered the call, the employee talked rudely and said that you have to ask other store. What does that mean?Stock items or close walmart in stratford.

Not good customer service! Bought 2 bricks of cheese, got home neither one was in my bag, also was double charged for them. Manager claims he reviewed the tapes and saw I had both my cheese, guess it evaporated by the time I got home. Only refunded for 1 of the 2 double charges! Check your receipts BEFORE leaving the store and make sure you have everything you paid for because they WILL NOT make things right.! Done with Walmart!!

It's a Wal*mart; however, people were friendly inside and directed me to the correct department to find what I was looking for. Everyone seemed pretty chill. Pretty good experience AND they had what I was looking for in stock. :)

after i purchased silk almond vanilla milk at this location 2 weeks before the recall i went back to return and get my money back. had no receipt but it is a recall so i do not need one. the paki said nope we can’t do refund without receipt we can only do gift card. she searches in the computer to try to find the purchase after repeatingly telling her i bought it from this location. i have the box, it has the listeria number on it you have to take it back. she changes her mind and says no we can’t do anything it’s under 5$. i can get a lot of trouble if i give cash(as she is opening till) i said then give me the gift card then as was mentioned 20 minutes ago when i first came in. she said no its under 5$ i can’t (4.87$). i said okay so can i give you the 13 cents to make even 5$? she then LAUGHS IN MY FACE and again says no.
i was sick for 2 weeks straight because of this product and the lady won’t give me my money back yet when i mention my family member returned no problem to a walmart in kitchener, no receipt needed. didn’t even bat an eye. you would think it is same policy across all walmarts as its a billion dollar company but nope paki at walmart stratford believes she can make whatever rules she wants.
there was a lady standing in line behind me about the same thing: the recall. even this lady piped up and said you have to give money back it’s a recall.
the customer service at this store is absolutely terrible. i will never be returning and that lady that LAUGHED in my face will be hearing from me through a formal complaint to your store manager.
so disrespectful and rude. can’t even understand what you’re saying. doesn’t know the difference can and can not i had to use thumbs up or thumbs down, ridiculous come on.
for someone working as “customer service” maybe you should think about not LAUGHING in the customers face when they are trying to get their money back from a product that had a recall on it purchased FROM THAT STORE.
whatever your name is at customer service on friday june 19 at 8am, you’ll be getting a formal complaint and letter to your manager. i WILL NOT be laughed at by someone that can’t even speak proper english. absolutely not. this store sucks.

Returned some almond milk today because of the Listeria outbreak. The guy at the customer service desk immediately said it wasn't the right product. He wasn't looking at a sheet or a computer, nothing, just offhand said it wasn't the contaminated batch. I had checked carefully before bringing it it to make sure. Hopefully this fool doesn't interact with someone less certain. They're so desperate to keep a few dollars they're willing to risk your health.

if your sensitive to smells especially body odor, beware of some of the employee's that work here. You would think in a place that sells deodorant, they would use it.

The have a key making machine now- it is just perfect. Two minutes and you get a copy of your key for about 6 dollars. Thank you
