Worth the hour drive from listowel or maybe other locations. staff were friendly patient and determined to help us with are problem accepting of are kids.They were able to find us a phone that's afforadble and that would work with are early upgrade even with low stock.I can't say this for other telus locations!!

I wanted to activate an account for a phone and asked if they were open until 5pm and would that allow them the time to process to process the account. The sales rep said they are unable to do process anything after 4 and also that they can't stay past 5 because the Mall locks up. My question is why even open on Sunday if they can't provide the basic services. How annoying can you get?

Robotic non empathetic employees working for a corrupt corporation. Weaponizing Covid to their own purposes.Covid regulations at retail locations in the mall are not all the same. Customers are spoken to outside the store and than potentially let in if they answer ‘No ‘ to all of the covid questions.My complaint is that I witnessed a senior citizen being supposedly assisted outside of the store. I noticed the store clerk go back into the store and come back to the senior a few times. The time lapse was approximately 10 to 15 minutes.Not once did it occur to the store representative that they should ask their Covid health questions and get them over with, and then invite the senior into the store, vs. Making the senior wait outside, the store was completely empty.I noticed the senior struggling to hear the representative speaking to them from outside the store as the more music was loud. This was very frustrating for the senior and this was very frustrating for me to watch. I kept thinking to myself just ask your questions and let him in.Zero respect was given to the senior in this manner, zero empathy, zero courtesy.Uncaring mindless employees not taking note of simple human kindness to offer a senior citizen a bit of courtesy.
