I hate to be so negative but this just has to change. The service here is terrible. They're rude on the phone, my order is never ready when they say it will be. One time I showed up to pick up my prescription when the store opened and the pharmacist hadn't shown up for work yet and the cashier couldn't get a hold of him. We waited 15-20 minutes and he just casually showed up late and didn't even care.

Where do I begin??
First off I called in not to long ago to get two of my prescriptions filled, the person on the phone was very rude- Karen. She was upset I didn’t have the RX number off hand, and then misheard me and said I didn’t tell her what I had tried to tell her 3 times when trying to update my benefits- which also was odd because I have given it to them multiple times now and it never seems to save. She rudely said “either you pay or you put your benefits on.” As if I didn’t know that… I was trying to be pleasant and polite at first but after her constant rudeness I started to bite back a little. I really couldn’t believe it. She was frustrated after she asked me who my doctor was and I tried to explain I had my doctors resident call me and fix my medicine- she was the one who faxed the prescription- I thought that information would be helpful- but she made it a point to made me feel dumb and say so your doctor is (doc name) that’s all I needed to know.
I have been going to this pharmacy for YEARD my entire life honestly (almost 30 years). Since I can remember- But ever since it’s changed ownership and new workers it’s gone completely downhill!! Not pleasant at all to go there no one greets with a smile or hello, they look unhappy to be there or frustrated.
Secondly I was pregnant last year and they gave me the WRONG medication for my morning sickness. I was having extremely bad morning sickness and had to take Diclectin. I was new to the medication to me in general (my first pregnancy), and when they called me to fill it, my partner went to pick it up, I took two of them that night and was lying on the bed crying with pain, and puking ect. Turns out they gave me Toradol (a painkiller for a sickness I had, previously- like months before getting pregnant/even needed medication from them!) …. So I took pain killers and it made my stomach 10x’s worse. And of course I didn’t know the medication name off hand thinking it was the right thing I was very sick and tired at the time (and usually your pharmacy doesn’t get it that wrong)!!! My partner wound up getting it fixed for me, we were EXTREMELY upset. Mind you the pharmacist called me personally to apologize- but it’s still absolutely ridiculous to give someone who is pregnant the wrong medication!!!!
Thirdly- every time my partner has gone to pick up my medication for me- he has rude staff and they never remember my benefits. It’s ridiculous- I have never had any of these issues before, I’ve always made a point of going to this pharmacy. But I’m definitely changing now.
I’ve tried to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but after an extremely rude call and all my other occurrences- I would NOT recommend this pharmacy.

Once upon a time this was a great pharmacy. That is no longer the case. The pharmacist, his new staff and whomever else I see floating around the back of the store are rude, confrontational and typically inept.

Consistently have trouble getting compounded meds filled on time. The pharmacist himself is nice, but some of the staff are quite rude and short when I’ve always been pleasant and given lots of time for refills. I’ve never left a bad review somewhere but I wish I had checked reviews initially before getting set up here; as I learned through them that others have the same issue and that Prince RX also compounds and have had a great experience so far with friendly and helpful staff! Save yourself the headache and start there.

I would not recommend anyone going to this pharmacy especially if you need a compounded prescription. The pharmacist tells you a day it will be ready and then it is never ready, which is an issue when things are time sensitive. They have terrible communication in there. They also have a false advertising commercial on the radio that they are the only compounding pharmacy, which is not true anymore. Go to Prince RX Stratford pharmacy on Douro for compounding needs and anything else.

Charged my benefits, told my husband my benefits didn't go through and charged us $15 on top. Figured it out when I called Manulife to double check and see why my claim didn't go through and turns out IT DID

To anyone who has an appointment this place has been a target for bathroom vandals who have pretty much KILLED any chance of me going back to the Jenny Trout Center except for appointments. These vandals may be the same or different but that has guaranteed that I won't be returning for any other reasons than appointments.

Love this pharmacy! They are super kind and responsive when you walk in. The staff makes a point of knowing their customers. Quick service and prescription filling too!
