Going to Stratford Speedy was a great experience. Their staff was courteous, the service didn't take along at all and the results looked great. I also loved that they handled all of the insurance stuff. I would recommend them to anyone and will go back again

I took my vehicle to Speedy last Monday for one small chip on the driver side window(eye level). I was told if it didn’t work, to come back and they would fix it for free. The fix worked except for a hazy finish left at the site. By Friday, the chip was back so I took it back in today and was told that nothing can be done. Also that to fix this one small chip, I will have to pay the deductible for a windshield replacement. I am not happy with this at all as I was told to come back any time and it would be looked after at no charge.

Greg, the staff that helped us was kind, professional and overall very lovey. He was very knowledgeable and we were very happy to have gone here. They say 2hrs max (which is already so quick) and they weren’t too busy on the day we brought our car in so he was done in about 1hr 15min! Very pleased! On top of that the new windshield looks great! (We had a large crack in our old one). For the speed and quality of work also great value! Would recommend to any of my friends

This is the best place to get your windshield replaced their prices better than Apple and their customer service is top notch I really appreciate the great work Jay and his team does at Stratford Speedy Glass this is the second windshield I have gone from them and I am super pleased with the process

I came in to talk with Greg after getting a crack in my windshield and he set my mind at ease. In a world that is so broken these days, simple things like a super personable and knowledgeable Manager of a business warms the heart. Greg was so incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to make sure all things, including insurance were in play so I could move forward with booking the appointment and have the windshield replaced. This crack happened one week after having the car delivered. I was devastated since I had been having such bad luck recently. Walking into this business and being greeted like I counted made all the difference in making what I felt was a big problem into something much smaller. Unfortunately I had to go 3 times this year. 2 times for chip repairs and once for a full front window replacement. Each time these people where super professional and friendly. They did an amazing job. I will happily recommend this place to anyone who needs it.
