August 30th we called CAA to have our precious Datsun Z240 towed into a shop to get some repairs done! I was very appreciative for the driver and truck that was dispatched for our call! The car sits very low and needed a flatbed tow. Not only did our very knowledgeable driver have many tricks and techniques to ensure a smooth and successful loading onto the flatbed! He showed me how he used all soft straps to secure and it was clear he not only appreciates every vehicle he picks up and treats them all like they're priceless! When something is more sentimental than anything else, I was confident the tow would be completed to perfection! My husband was waiting at the destination and was just as impressed in how his little classic was handled with care! Thanks Neumeister Motors!

Showed up quick, Ryan was extremely polite. My Grandpa use to own Neumeister Motors originally and its good to see Blain and (previous owner Barry) uphold the same quality of towing/business. Thank you for your service to the community. Ryan is very proud of what he does, I'd let him tow any of our vehicles any day!

I definitely would recommend using this tow company if you are ever in need! We were stranded after our last CAA tow truck broke down, and they transferred us to Neumeister. Mitchell, our tow operator, was excellent. After listening to what happened(the alternator dying on us), our car was quickly loaded up on the flatbed, secured, and on the road.
His truck was in excellent condition, the cab was super clean, and he was a super friendly guy. After having a very stressful evening, I am really glad that he was the one to get me and my mother home safe! Thank Mitchell!

We got a flat tire while visiting Stratford overnight. Erin responded to the call changed the tire quickly. He was great had us back on the road in under 40 mins. Really appreciated the excellent customer service.

Had to move my car to a body shop out of town today, Justin and Ryan took extra time to strap my car to the cart it was on and made sure it was extra strapped on the bed of the truck so it wouldn't move anywhere very happy with there work and will always give these a call to move my vehicles for me

Last night I broke down on the Newry Road and needed a tow. Luke was the operator from Neumeister who came and picked me up and got my car and I safely to the dealership. He was efficient and so kind, giving my dog some water and talking to me as we drove along. He made what was a stressful experience so much better. I highly recommend this business!
