Shampoo bars are unbelievable! It beats sliced bread, it takes the first place.
Upon entering Christian welcomed us with lavender chocolate balls. An expert and so enthusiastic about the importance of lavender in everyday lives: health, self care, sleeping and healing to name just a few. Awed we went from rack to rack, the use for natural herbs and flowers unlimited in Neob style, explained. The products cover every household need, personal and household sprays, detergents, body washes, creams and the shampoo bars work wonders.
Thank you Christian for sharing your knowledge and advice on how these products are helping to improve our environment and health. We’re committed!

Beautiful store in Stratford, Ontario, that smells amazing as soon as you walk in. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. High quality and all natural products made in Niagara.
The Muscle & Joint pain relief gel is my favourite! I also love the Grapefruit Nail & Cuticle cream and the Glorious Niagara Lavender Body Lotion.

What a wonderful shop this is. Absolutely loved having all the products explained to me. The shop owner takes pride in the store.
We walked in right as the store was about to close and didn't feel rushed at all.
The prices for the products were reasonable and the store smells so good.
Will definitely go back for some quality Christmas gifts.

I love this cute shop & the Lovely Ladies that work there. Tracey is very kind, generous, warm & very helpful. I've been to their stores in Stratford, Niagara on the Lake & their lavendar field & it's beautiful. Their products are wonderful.The sugar scrub leaves my skin so soft it glows. Thank you so much!

Really disappointed with this store. I did not buy any products but was treated awful by staff. Last Saturday my friend was getting married, we were capturing beautiful pictures outside when it started to rain. As anyone would, we ran under the storefront for cover so we didn’t get the brides hair ruined for her special day. We were approached by staff yelling for us to get away. We mentioned what was going on and she then responded “I don’t care, not my problem”. Obviously we were upset with how little compassion she had for the situation so got upset back. She then just started to laugh at us and the situation. First impressions are everything to me so i will never ever step foot in this establishment ever.

Excellent product and it smells great. The sales person that helped us was the actual owner of the company and it showed. She was very passionate, knowledgable and enthusiastic about her products. It would have been nice to try the lavender ice cream but they were out that day.

I have never experienced lavender like hers, she really knows her stuff. When I return to Stratford I plan on visiting her again to get plenty of fresh bouquets. The soap and body butter are amazing as well.

It is such a joy to have NEOB Lavender come to Stratford! Their products are beautifully created and environmentally friendly. The store is a gorgeous haven of peace. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and it's a wonderful experience to wander in and learn about lavender, lemongrass and more!
