When paying premium prices for products I would expect to have my groceries packed for me. Cashier stands and waits while I used the debit machine, meanwhile she could have been packing my groceries. I asked if this was a self pack store now and she replied yes. Will not be shopping here anymore

Every time I come here the customer service is so awful. The cashiers do not acknowledge you, don’t greet you at the till - just ring up your items and stare at you until you pay. They don’t even say your total out loud. After my transaction today with two young girls at the till (who ignored me and continued their own conversation) I said thank you, they looked and looked away so I repeated myself louder and they didn’t even turn around. So disappointing what they deem acceptable in a customer service position.

Found a half eaten frozen cake in my cool whip. Not sure how it got there, or how they are able to sell this to costumers. Disgusting. Do better.

Karrigan in deli is phenomenal. So kind, and accommodating. She came from her break to slice fresh deli meat for me, even after I said I didn’t want to bother anyone on their break! She was more than willing to accommodate. Super friendly, and fast when on cash too.
