If I could give a zero,I would. A rep reached out to me through text and then never replied. This is the 5th rep with bad client service. Maybe a refresh needs to be given to staff.

I've seen some petty negative reviews here and I have to say I don't understand the problem. I've had to go into Fido 2 times in the last month and I found the service outstanding. The staff are very friendly and they took care of the problems right away. Thank you Fido staff. .

Worst customer service. The lady inside made me wait outside in cold as she kept the door locked. She then give me disgusted look and asked me to remove my mask and look at the cctv. Extremely rude and disrespectful and total lack of consideration for Covid rules. Changing my plan to another service provider.

We kept calling on the number available on google. No one answered and when we reached there attended was rude. She said I am supposed to visit to closest location. I live in new Hamburg so Kitchener and Stratford both locations are pretty much same distance for me. She wasn’t helpful and she returned us without helping or listening our concerns

Being indian she asked me remove my mask show face in camera .....rude and racist..Staff doesnt care if customer wanna buy something
