More than half the time, they list the package as "attempted delivery" without attempting to deliver the package. It's gotten to the point where I only use FedEx if the shipper doesn't give me another option. Do better.

I live on Hibernia St. In Stratford and at around 12:30 pm today (August 10th) I saw a woman across the street having a seizure. I ran over and held her up but couldn’t hold onto her. All of sudden a Fed-Ex driver pulled up and ran over to help me. He lifted her down onto the ground very gently and then proceeded to hold her head up so she wouldn’t bang it on the sidewalk. He was a hero and his kindness helped this woman from hurting herself from the seizure. He waited until the first responders came and then drove off to do his deliveries. All of us on Hibernia cannot thank you enough for stopping to help. Thank you so very much.

Drove right past my house. Didn't even slow down. Despite the package being out for delivery according to head office. Seems to be a common issue.
