I live in London and work in Stratford and my car broke on my home. While sitting in the side of the road with my four way on a gentleman stopped to ask if I needed a tow truck. It was Matt from Elliott motors towing he got me a tow truck with in 15 mins. A friend recommended Eric's service centre. I called the shop after-hours to leave a message that my car was to be towed there. And the owner answered the phone and told me that Adam would call me first thing with a quote. Adam called me first thing gave me the quote and was a very fair quote. My car was ready before lunch. What a great experience with this shop. Adam with his upbeat and friendly demeanor went above and beyond to repair my car quickly. I would recommend this shop. Thank you!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was extremely happy with the service I got. The technicians walked me through step by step explaining what work I needed, versus what I was told by another garage. I was quoted 4000$ by the first garage but Erics went through showing I only needed 1000$ in work. They even pointed out my tie rods were bone dry and lubed them right in front of me. Erics is a friendly, professional, and easy going atmosphere. They have an extremely friendly dog that is well trained.

I have gone to this garage for years before it changed ownership. I felt comfortable with the change because of how positively he spoke about the new owners. Usually taking my car in is stressful confusing for me, but they take their time explaining everything in detail (although I may not fully understand) and are very honest about what they did and what needs to be done. It puts everything at ease. I even called on a Sunday full of worry because my battery died at the grocery store and they said to drop it off that night and they would work on it when they could throughout the day. I was amazed, but not surprised at how accommodating they were and how quickly they fixed my car for me. Even provided me with an addition invoice just to show me the other repairs I should get done in the near future so I could plan ahead financially. I have never been to any other place that does that. Usually its a lot of talking down to me because I don't know anything about cars and lying about what should get done. The kindness, patience and honesty with a stress ball like me is greatly appreciated and I will never go anywhere else. They also have a great system in place to keep in touch with customers throughout the day when their vehicle is in, which is great to stay updated. Thank you so much!Service: Electrical

Recently brought in my 2009 Nissan Pathfinder to have some drls installed. Not only did the job go quick but it was done well and works great. Friendly staff and very accommodating, even when I mistakenly went to the wrong location for the appointment, they were able to get my vehicle in and done. I will be returning when I need any further automotive work done.
