I can’t say enough about this gym and the instructors. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and Colton and Garrett know exactly how to modify the exercises if needed. Never attending a gym before because I found them intimidating (and I’m not an athlete), I’m loving these smaller classes and the friendly atmosphere.

Great atmosphere and awesome coaches. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. I feel and see the benefits of strength training!
