The owners take cash tip from elderly people who have Alzheimer’s. Should refuse this knowing there is an issue. Family members also say not to accept money. But the store owner takes it anyway. Poor business. Not professional.

it's decent for stuff like energy drinks when they have 2 for 4$. don't buy snacks here unless they're on sale. you of course pay for the convenience.

Friendly staff, good selection. Terribly sorry you all have to deal with all the Karen's and Ken's that feel the need to personally attack you over the internet and at the store as I have witnessed before.

They've always been rude and unfriendly, but have gotten worse lately. I bought a few of groceries, including 2 2l bottles of pop. The person behind the counter put everything but the pop in a bag. When I asked for another bag for the pop, they refused, saying it "wouldn't hold my drinks". I said ok and asked if they could then double bag it , as I was walking home. They begrudgingly handing a second bag, saying "You can have One more. But I'm saying it isn't going to hold", dismissing me when I asked again to double bag it if she didn't think it would hold. Really didn't want to argue about plastic bags, so I went on despite her warnings. The bag made it home.I get that everyone is one edge these days. But customers shouldn't have to fight to be able to carry their groceries home.

The employees here are straight up disrespectful and shouldn’t be working in this line of work. It seems everytime I go I’m met with confrontation and disrespect. If you want to feel like your intruding while shopping, this is your place lol. Absolutely would not recommend shopping here.

A family member got me a gift card for scratch tickets ... I was at this store and the lottery machine was working because he scanned my gift card and gave me the slip stating the balance... However wouldn't let me spend it. ( basically wasn't trained properly on the how to redeem a gift card) If I could take the whole star system thats used to rate these businesses so consumers are aware ... I'd give minus stars, they would receive negative 4 stars! Denying a customers legal tender in form of olg gift card that was purchased at another circle k, cannot be proper sale etiquette , The young male behind the counter refused to put any effort into resolving this issue, which really shocks me because customers service is mandatory for this position as a cashier. this isn't the first problem this young man has had being disrespectful to customers, the person who drove me warned me about the guy working here before we went in... Makes me really Miss the lady who owned it way back.....is it circle k as listed ? or a Macs?

Horrible experience, to be specific the an elderly lady works there is very unprofessional, always a fake smile and rude, this evening I was in the store to buy a gum, paid by debit card and decided to exchange the flavour she mention we can’t exchange and she can’t even refund me back coz I paid by debit card. Come on this is 2018, we have the right, she could have just processed a refund on her system and than processed another which would tally her inventory, tried explaining the same she was way too dumb to understand or just does not want to understand (apologies for my language). But this wasn’t the first time earlier when I had bought a chocolate happened the same.. 274 Graff ave Stratford is definitely not recommended . The macs managers to visit little often coz the store is always dirty and please never try their coffee, apparently sometime they makes once in a day.. and the lottery area is a big mess need to spend few minutes to find the right slip to fill in.. sadly this is the only store near by my residence. Disappointed. So still have to go , hopefully the management will look into this and may be train their employees better. To keep the store clean and update their policies well that they could still make an refund even if someone is paying by debit( refund cash )

If it is a bag of chips or some pop, you're good to go. As for the rest, you might want to go somewhere else. Staff are friendly.
