“Don’t use your cards or contactless payment. Use coins only. Because sometimes the water gets there and cancels the flow I guess. It will correct the amount that charged you after a few days.”
“Great for a quick wash, don't expect show car quality wash as it is an automated wash but it's pretty close. Didn't get the scuff marks off near my trunk but I can do that with car soap and shammy cloth. (Only got the deluxe in case if everything didn't come off)”
“A 30 minute process included spraying my rusty tire rims, my hitch and full undercoating. And the 15% discount "because of the time of year" was also a pleasant surprise!”

“I had an experience with the halo car wash that was not enjoyable this past Sunday night however after writing into their customer service department to ask for an explanation Steve the manager who I believes oversees several of the car washes personally called me and we had a productive discussion for us both and I'm satisfied that halo will learn from this situation . Thank you Steve for understanding my concern and for recognizing maybe things could have been handled differently and for compensating me .I'm giving 4 stars only because of the incident however I'm more than satisfied with halos response . I will be staying on as a customer because in my experience their management staff has done a great job .”
