I was looking for a new Mechanic's shop here in Stratford .. and I found one! The counter staff (K and M) are friendly and very knowledgeable, the Tech work is top-notch and the prices are within reason. I am very happy to have made the switch to Accountable Automotive!!

When I first rolled into Accountable Automotive, my car sounded like it was auditioning for a role in a war movie—clanking and rumbling like a tank on its last mission. My neighbours despised me and small children would cry as my car would thunder past them on the road way. My front end was making noises that would make even the bravest mechanic cringe, and I was half-expecting the entire thing to fall apart before I made it into the garage.
Fast forward to now, and I feel like I’m driving a brand new car! The transformation is nothing short of miraculous. Not only does my car run smoothly, but it also purrs like a kitten. Kudos to the team at Accountable Automotive for their wizardry under the hood. My car and I thank you for saving us from a metal-induced meltdown. Highly recommend! Thank you for delivering me back a "new" car!!!

I've been using Accountable Automotive for almost 10 years now.Jordan is very knowledgeable. Guides you into making an informed decision for your vehicle. They will search out used parts to save on expense. Offer different options for repairs with the rationale behind these suggestions.The front desk staff are friendly & accomodating. Love the new location.

The staff are very pleasant, the techs and mechanic are very thorough and it's a family run business. Good place to have routine maintenance or an inspection done. Anything other than routine stuff is very, VERY expensive here, though. Higher than some dealers.I still recommend them for oil changes and things like that as they give you a fairly detailed report on your vehicle and the price is similar to other places.

Accountable to whom.........As someone who has been in the tire industry for over 20 years that recently transitioned out of, I know the costs and just how much labor is involved in doing a flat repair (typically just a tire tech doing the job not a licensed mechanic). In all fairness my tire did have two nails in it which does require an extra plug patch to be installed. However when I went to pick up my vehicle I was floored that my flat repair was $155, the cost of a new tire!This is absolute price gouging. I could have gone back to the dealership and probably had the job done cheaper!!!I was the first time customer, your perfect time to make an impression...... You certainly did make one!
