Always friendly staff and clean. Great prices especially hair products but since covid their selection of clothing is awful. They need to bring in better styles in clothes and brand names like Parasuco, Calvin Klein and Guess. They need a lot more jeans in 32, 33, 34 & up. I have purchased many Calvin Klein dresses including other brands of gorgeous dresses, plenty of all brands of jeans and beautiful long sleeve shirts including parasuco and other brands to wear with jeans. Now they are very scarce in quantity and styles.

I usually don’t go to this location, as the Ancaster and Barton ones are my go to. However my experience today, Thursday September 5th 2024 at about 6pm was quite shocking. I grabbed a pair of sweatpants to try on, I had a cart full of other household and beauty stuff. As usual, I know I’m supposed to park my cart infront of the fitting room, I did just that, however as I was about to go in with the sweatpants after receiving the item tag, the girl told me to drop my handbag too??? Excuse me?? I have never been asked to drop my handbag at any tjx store fitting room, I’ve never been asked to at any store at all ever before. She then proceeds to tell me that it’s to reduce theft, like huh??? How am I so sure you’re not gonna steal from my bag?? My cards, cash, and very important documents are in my bag and you expect me to leave all that with you to try on $30 sweatpants?? Idk if it’s because I’m black and she was tryna be racist but your staff need to be trained better. Fun fact I’ve worked at Marshall’s before, back in 2022, and we were never asked to tell customers to leave their bags outside the fitting room. Anyways I’m never shopping at this location again, yall are mad weird for that.

I love shopping here! I always find skincare products at great prices and this location is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful here too. I spotted so many items on clearance today and two cute Kirby backpacks!!

Well stocked , friendly staff great prices.
Store was tidy and clean.
A very valued place to shop and their customer service and genuine service to their customers speaks volume to me and my shopping. I took some family from out of town there. They were impressed.

I,love Eastgate mall better than jackson square no trouble nicer mall no fights no police having to be called just a better atmosphere to be around and you feel more safe nicer group of shoppers.

Winners is a Winner when it comes to buying almost any item that you can think of ...especially for unique items in womens clothing's...it is a great place to take your friend or relatives coming to vist you for a few days just to enjoy the stores different items that you don't get to see very often.
