Looking for storage? LOOK ELSEWHERE!They WILL increase your unit price without notice.Mine just went from 145 up to 215 with zero notice after only 6 months. Going to be removing my belongings VERY soon. What a waste of my time and gas now that I have to move all my belongings after such a short time.Terrible business practices to raise prices after only 6 months AND without even telling me.Would give 0 stars if I could.

The facility is very clean, staff is great, however, upon signing my agreement I was notified that my rent would only increase once the promotion period of 6 months was done. I was told it would not increase more than $5-$10 Max. I finally got the letter and it stated my rent was increasing by $100. I'm shocked and very upset. I'm looking to move my things elsewhere before the rent is raised again. Renters beware, your rent will increase 50%!Update: Called into the office to see what could be done. I spoke with the Assistant manager, (which was what she labeled herself as), she told me verbatim, "at least you're paying less than a new renter". I had to ask her to repeat herself because I couldn't believe that was the response I got. She continued to say I should call back the next day and speak with the Manager and that she would also tell me the same thing. I'm shocked because the customer service has been flipped upside down. They were so nice before and when I signed the agreement, now they seem like they could care less. I'm packing up and leaving expeditiously!

The storage units are clean and accessible within reasonable hours. The price is right as well, highly recommend to anyone whom needs a storage unit. All the staff is super helpful and even remembered who I was a week later haha.
