“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. “Amazing service!!! We arrived in Burlington after a couple hour drive when I discovered I forgot my garment bag with the clothing for a special dinner that evening. We drove directly to Scriveners and within an hour David outfitted me with a jacket, pants and shirt. Most impressively, we returned a short time later to pick up everything - alterations were done and the shirt was freshly pressed. Thank you for bailing me out, David!”

“This place was already my #1 go-to store for shoes for the whole family. Selection, prices and customer service are consistently great. The other day though, was a master class in customer service: my family went to get my two young boys fitted for winter boots and the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially trying to get my toddler comfortable to try on boots (no easy feat). We were blown away at how thoughtful and kind all the staff were to us. I want to thank everyone who helped us that day - you handled a potentially difficult situation with such grace and kindness and totally made our day! ❤️”

“A HUGE shoutout to Frank and Louise. I was roaming Mapleview Mall on August 29th when I went into Browns. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I walked around, just looking. Picked up a few different shoes & sandals. Frank noticed and offered to help. Louise then came to help as Frank was on cash. I ended up buying two pairs of sandals which I love. I spent $265 however didn’t even think twice. I was happy. Fantastic service. Louise was super patient as I can be indecisive. Props to this store. I definitely will recommend them and will return.”

“I went to Browns to pick out a set of shoes for an upcoming wedding. The shoes were not in and had to be ordered. It only took a few days. I got an email notification that the shoes had arrived. I went back for a second fitting. Customer service was very good. The gentleman that sold me the shoes was there to do my second fitting.”

“There was a shoe repair place that was there 30 years ago, i think this guy took over because the guy who started that business was fantastic. Always priced well and super courteous.I live in Brantford now and don't have a place here but driving to Burlington isn't economically feasible.After reading these reviews, I will stay away.”

“I searched the whole mall almost twice and felt so discouraged then I walked in Aritzia and this very nice women Natasha asked me what I was looking for I just said something cute and maybe jeans. I have a hard time finding stuff that fits and this girl picked out the cutest outfit and the jeans I honestly don't know how she picked one pair that fit me perfect! You guys do personal shopping and offered me a free coffee at the Cafe like wow!! made my day!! Love this store ❤”

“I had to order shoes from them width 9E. As The place I use to get from only carries up to 6E. My shoes came 1 week after they were paid. I am so happy with my shoes from shoe king. They are smaller in size but wider width then my old ones. They are also more light weight. Once I get my feet fixed I can wear normal shoes. untill then I will get from Shoe King. Definitely reccomend them.”
