We recommend the Pet Smart on Stonechurch Road. We love the way our staff treat our puppy. Our pup comes home tired and we feel confident in the care she has received all day.

Just called the store to ask if they were available for a walk in nail trim. The girl said “no because we are close to closing”, so I asked what time they close at and she asked her coworker “hey, what time do we close again?”, so honestly it just seemed like they didn’t want to do the 5 minute job, unfortunately.
Normally I have decent experiences at this location, but this wasn’t great.

It is a big clean store with nice staff, tho I can’t say that staff is always polite to their customers because when i was trying to find food for hamsters I found it but i was not sure if it is because it was all in French, I went to a staff member to ask and she began laughing with her colleagues, I did not like that because she was figuring it out and laughing about 5 minutes and then she said I don’t know if it is for hamsters.
