She explained everything we needed to know. Rhiannon was also helpful when explaining the importance of 3 different proteins for our dog. “I only go to this location for dog licenses but have never needed any other services from the SPCA . My review is based on the service of the employees at the license portion of the building. I have always been met with friendly,helpful service. The location is very good being in a quiet area of the city and there is always plenty of parking.”

“I can’t recommend Back to the Bone highly enough. At the end of 2021 we were bringing home a puppy for the first time in 13 years. Although we had previously raw fed our dogs, I was nervous starting a puppy on raw. Dan and his wonderful staff eased my fears and got us started on Raw Performance.Sam is now a thriving 17 month old, 70 lb German Shorthaired Pointer.In addition, the folks at Back to the Bone have helped when I had all sorts of questions and fears. We drive from Brampton to go to Back to the Bone because I am proud to support this business. You should too.”
“I really appreciate the people who work hard at making this store a success. Their prices are more than reasonable! Their knowledgeable and experience both in and out of the store is exemplary. They don’t try to sell you a pet to just make a buck. They will try to make sure you understand what you are getting yourself into. I got my two conures from them and they are happy and in good health! I always go back to them when I need anything; including grooming. If I ever need to find a place to board them, I know my babies will be in good hands with them.”
“This place is amazing; the owner Michelle is so kind. She has been helping me with my senior dog who has been going through chemo and we recently thought we were going to lose our dog so we brought her in to get some special treats and Michelle was so kind and gave my dog some treats on the house.She is very knowledgeable and very informative. She has been able to help my dog get through chemo with no side affects and is still such a happy dog. You can tell how much Michelle truly loves dogs.”

“I had gone for a grooming service for my 7 month pup Romeo. I am dissatisfied with the hair style Chris gave though he had put in the work and covered all the areas that needed to be done. His work was thorough. But my puppy’s face looks so bad right now I dont recognize him. I had clearly requested him by showing a picture for reference even, to leave my pups muzzle hair on. But he decided to go ahead and trim it down to zero. Sharing my dogs before and after pics. I am giving 3 star coz Chris decided my dogs look for me, which sucks.”
