I've been a customer of Healthwise Pharmacy for several years, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service and care I've received here.The staff at Healthwise Pharmacy are not just knowledgeable about medications but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They always take the time to answer my questions and provide valuable advice about my prescriptions and over-the-counter products.The pharmacy is also well-stocked, and I've never had to wait long for my prescriptions. I would give zero out of five stars if that was an option. I will never get prescriptions filled here again. My son was given a prescription from a doctor there, to be taken for 10 days. After the 7th day the medicine was completed. There were no spills or over pours. The pharmacist said if I want more medicine to finish the duration of days the doctor prescribed the medicine for, then I have to pay for it, insurance won't. I spoke to another Pharmacist about this elsewhere who agreed with me that this is ridiculous and is their mistake to fix without any extra cost for me to pay.

My go to when I need advice for my kids and my doctors office is closed. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and everyone is always very kind.

Staff at pharmacy is awesome. Preet and other staff members are always helpful, kind and check on your well being. Pharmacist Lina is very knowledgeable and all her recommendations have been really helpful and she will explain everything in detail.

The pharmacy staff are some of the loveliest ladies. Always kind, caring and helpful.Now that I am pregnant, they always ask how I’m feeling each time I come in for my prenatal refills and say the kindest words to me about pregnancy and motherhood. Always a pleasure going in there!

I appreciate if you have given this answer at our numerous calls which was at 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. When my wife called at 6:30pm you told her that "oh I am not sure why the delivery guy taking that long time" and after 10 mins we received another call and pharmacist told us that our delivery guy went to Brantford ON rather delivering first in local in Stoney creek. We live 2 blocks away from your pharmacy and I was at work and my wife was badly sick and waited for medication all day. We received the medication at almost 7:45pm.

The entire staff is the best i have ever experienced. The Pharmacist at this location are incredible well versed in knowledge and are very nice. I travel out of my way to stay at this pharmacy. Thank you for everything Carrie

Pharmacists are not the most helpful or friendly, but the doctors seem okay, although they rushed me through my appointment. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because I received a call back after test results came back.
