“I visited Direct Bed in Stoney Creek and I was helped by Gerian. I was already leaning towards a Tempur-Pedic, but I wasn’t sure about the appropriate model or firmness. Gerian asked me some questions in order to make recommendations. I tested out some beds in the showroom and selected the Tempur-Pedic Luxealign Soft. I’ve had it for 4 nights of blissful sleep. My chronic hip pain is significantly reduced resulting in a better quality sleep. The only downside is that my dog no longer wants to sleep in his own bed.
I’m very happy with the support I received from Direct Bed. Their pricing was significantly better than competitors and their customer service blows the other big mattress stores away.”

“Excellent customer service from Nicole yesterday! I called the store as I was interested in a specific mirror. Upon speaking to Nicole she told me the mirror was the last one in stock and was also on hold for someone else. She told me she would follow up with me later that day as she was going to confirm if the other individual was still interested in the mirror. Sure enough Nicole called me to confirm it was available. I came by the same day to purchase the mirror. She carefully wrapped up the mirror and offered to carry it out for me to my car.
