Came in with $2k to buy a new phone and a plan, they told me because I didn't have a credit card to leave and get a credit check at best buy, they didn't know I had cash. I'm not going to drive to bestbuy and back because these hall monitors aren't establishing a human connection, they will make you feel like a number. Jackson square had a team of dudes that were very enthusiastic.
Went to the jackson square location and they were able to sell me a phone for $1100 and get me on a plan without a credit check.
This location, the sale associate didn't try to help me work around their credit check, turns out I didn't even need one; if they told me I had other options like buying a device there I could have saved a few hours and also given them my business. They must be doing well to dismiss customers, give your business to another location. This farmer doesn't support this location, and if you support local organic farmers you shouldn't either.

My experience getting my phone and cell service renewed @ Freedom in Eastgate Hamilton was simply amazing. It took some time because the store was quite busy. I can understand why; the store was a bit crowded. These 'kids' kept the crowd 'quite controlled' by handling their 'crowd' with competence and courtesy which I haven't seen in years. Went into the Hamilton Eastgate store with a couple questions and Sean was an amazing help. He was very knowledgeable and set me up with a much better plan. I’ve been with Freedom for a few years and appreciate the great service and support!

I would like to share this text with everybody and I hope the managers of the store can see it too, the worker called Marko is a racist. I went to the store to fix my chip problem and he went so rude and disrespectful even with my wife. Please take care with that kind of people.

I recently switched over to Freedom Mobile, and Sean provided the best service I’ve had in a long while. He was patient, respectful and knowledgeable and worked with us to get the correct products with very little fuss. His process was smooth and we felt like we could fully trust him with the move. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone who listens ??

Where do I start the customer service is incredible. Thank you so much Tristan and Peter you guys are amazing ? I was just there on Thursday to upgrade my phone and Tristan was so patient, kind and helpful with me I really appreciate it. I love my new phone if you need to go to a Freedom Mobile location this is the one. I dealt with Tristan and Peter but I'm sure all the staff are great ! Thanks again guys I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything!

100% recommend this location!After having such a garbage experience at my previous service provider (Virgin) it was so nice to walk into freedom and have such a great experience!Tristan was incredibly helpful and kind when setting us up with new phone plans and made the switch super easyIn the short time we were there you could tell the whole staff was super helpful, patient and speedy ... not to mention it was black Friday!(Quick shout out to Sean and his Haunter)Thanks so much guys!
