I visited Direct Bed in Stoney Creek and I was helped by Gerian. I was already leaning towards a Tempur-Pedic, but I wasn’t sure about the appropriate model or firmness. Gerian asked me some questions in order to make recommendations. I tested out some beds in the showroom and selected the Tempur-Pedic Luxealign Soft. I’ve had it for 4 nights of blissful sleep. My chronic hip pain is significantly reduced resulting in a better quality sleep. The only downside is that my dog no longer wants to sleep in his own bed.
I’m very happy with the support I received from Direct Bed. Their pricing was significantly better than competitors and their customer service blows the other big mattress stores away.

The customer service was excellent. They helped me pick out the best mattress for my rv over the phone, and to my surprise the mattress was delivered the next afternoon. Thank you, Direct Bed.

Very professional, friendly and timely. Communicated when the delivery time was and arrived on time. They assembled the frame in no time and placed the box spring and mattress on it.There was three days from ordering to delivery. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a twin mattress on line that, when delivered, measured smaller than the specifications on line. Direct Bed customer service was outstanding in offering to help resolve. They reacted quickly in resolving the issue for me which is appreciated. The mattress itself is well made even though the sizing was slightly off. Their site mentions that smaller mattresses can be up to 2” off from advertised sizes but I missed that note. I would order again from them in the future knowing they have top notch customer service.
