Costco is my go-to for all my shopping needs—highly recommend!

I have been going to this pharmacy for quite a few years. Had my family’s prescriptions transferred over from the Ancaster location.
The pharmacists had always been excellent and very courteous.
The pharmacy staff is a hit and miss. Disha , one of the techs is very pleasant to deal with. She has quite excellent knowledge and customer service skills. There are some that are quite rude and condescending. I will find out her name when I go in there tomorrow to pick up some medication. This particular person was very annoyed at being asked for information and she just hangs up the telephone. I did not even had the chance to ask for her name.

The pharmacists are great, but the ithers around them do not grasp the importance of their job. Twice I have ordered insulin pump supplies where they have not entered the order. This has delayed the order by up to 4 days. Without the items I order I will not live.

Very disappointed and would like a refund for the last 2yrs of them making me pay for the most expensive prescription instead of the generic brand which I requested and the people behind the counter playing d*** about it! Approx. $250 overcharged!

Great service always at the Costco Stoney Creek pharmacy. Friendly helpful staff. I have several prescriptions that I fill for myself and family members. The team is always happy to answer a question or give advice.
