“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)”

“Came to pick up an order I placed on the Mark's website at the order pick up machine, it worked efficiently and quickly and dispensed my order. The staff here at this Mark's are very nice, all smiles and very kind and pleasant unlike the Mark's near where I live. They also had a pair of socks I was looking for on top of the items I bought online. The store was pretty clean and well organized.”

What a great vibes the people have who are working there?.From the moment you walk in the door until you leave they are so this people treats you like a Gold. MARIAM was the one who helped me and she was a real pleasure. She was not pushy and had a good eye for detail. JOHNSON was so great helping me to choose the best thing to buy. “I visited this Garage location last week and had a wonderful experience. I went in looking to get a second pair of Garage’s sweatpants in another colour but I had removed the tag so I was unsure what the style of pant was. I explained this to a sales person working that day and she quickly pointed me in the right direction after identifying that I was wearing the ‘Boyfriend’ style sweat. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales people in the store and with have quickly they assisted me. The dressing room staff was also very helpful while I looked at different size options. The professionalism and kindness experienced during this shopping trip was great. I will be shopping there in the future.”
“So I came to west 49 last weekend with my boys for some new clothes. The two women that were working that day was amazing. Helped me with my sons picking out stuff and had some good laughs. I would definitely recommend this west 49 for your kids to go to. The workers are just very down to earth genuine nice people, and always have a smile on their face and love to make jokes and just see how people Cesar I miss West 49 back in the day. Glad that there’s still some stores open.”
“First time at the store, staff was very helpful, I was looking for everyday leggings/yoga pants and they knew my size without hesitation, everything I tried on fit like a glove, I fell in love with them immediately. I went to Lululemon previously and I regularly buy from them but lately everything I’ve tried were completely see through or $150+, the leggings/yoga pants I tried on at ATHLETA were not see through and so comfortable, prices are between $100-$120 for leggings/yoga pants. I will be returning to this location and Karen at the till made my day upon checkout.”

“Had an amazing experience with Larry on Friday. He helped me to select a suit for a wedding the following day. He brought us through the different styles, materials, colours, etc. for different temperatures, seasons, and occasions. He was helpful in narrowing down the choices and even got the fit close enough that I didn’t need alterations for my last minute purchase. I should also say that this review is long overdue seeing as he’s helped me at least twice before with jeans as well as Christmas shopping and was very attentive even during the high traffic time. This time, we had trouble picking between the final two options for a suit, but fortunately there were two other associates that poked their heads in to weigh their opinions and we landed on the classic style to get more longevity/value. They were all very friendly, helpful and dressed to impress which made it all that much easier to trust their opinions. Seriously - Larry rocking the double-breast and his colleague with some sweet boots and a very elegantly dressed woman. I would definitely check this place out and will return myself.”
