“It’s always such a breeze selling here, the ladies are so pleasant and really make you feel welcomed. The store is so organized, you can’t dare to compare it to other children thrift stores. Kid to kid is one of a kind in that sense and a hidden gem a lot of people ought to know about. They really put a lot of thought and price into the placement of things in their store.”
“I wanted to share a positive experience we had about a month ago at your store. We arrived shortly before closing to purchase a car seat. Despite the limited time, your sales representative went out of her way to assist us. She quickly showed us a car seat compatible with our stroller and even consulted with her manager about a cost reduction due to the expiry date.
Her expertise and helpfulness made the experience memorable, and we deeply appreciated her going above and beyond. While we unfortunately didn’t catch her name, her exceptional service deserves recognition.
