Their products are not good. Prices are not low so you would expect good quality items.
We bought 250$ of nuts, seeds, cookies, various chips like plantains and tapioca. The chips had a weird smell. Same for the cookies. I dry roasted the cookies separately to get rid of the smell. The chips could not be salvaged.
Chocolates were good. So were the raw nuts. The roasted ones were again weird.
I would recommend buying these from costco or any other chain. Atleast there will be value for money.

We returned some m&ms the other day because unfortunately one of them looked like it had gotten wet and started to mold. The manager was very kind and tried her best to process the return, and cared as much as possible to look at the m&m and figure out what went wrong. Thank you for that. Some of the m&ms were also discoloured (faded).
I hope maybe you could discard that batch of regular m&ms that are still on your shelves as of September 3 2024 because that is the same batch I got them from. It would be the right thing to do and figure out where those bad m&ms came from (discoloured, or the moldy one).

I have not been to this location in some time however in the past the store was very tidy and customer service was great. I went in this evening and I was greeted by the most unpleasant young lady ever! Both her and her male colleague need to learn a thing or two about customer service and plain manners. She was downright ignorant. I will not be returning to this location again. She was behaving like I was bothering her upon checkout…truly unbelievable! Huge disappointment!

I've shopped at bulk barn for 30 years but the prices are getting ridiculous. Really sad to see a Canadian chain falling apart like this. Sadly I need to now purchase products from Amazon. I'd rather support Canadian owned businesses but not if they can't find ways to lower prices. Disappointing.
