It's the higher-ups that want to push people to use the bank machines. They want to decrease their overhead by keeping their payroll low. What they don't seem to understand is that they are just upsetting those people who have to speak to a Rep to get their banking done. Taking out your frustration on the front line banking reps make no difference. The higher-UPS don't care as long as their pockets are staying full.The customer service reps are awesome at this branch! Especially with the work load they have and the pressure to meet their targets to upsell products. I feel for them!”

I have not had the same good experience at other banks and for this reason we wanted to try Scotiabank. I was very impressed by the branch manager Chris. He was nothing but kind, polite, professional and took all his time to explain everything we needed. The app is getting alot better, they are investing in new machines/better online experience and is a definite choice over the big 5 banks where you can't even call your own branch. They have business accounts where if you forget to record a cheque and you ask Audrey for cheque images she sends them to you the next day(the same process at a standard bank would be weeks)!Way to go DUCA you rock!”

2140 Rymal Rd E, Hannon“Hey Victor Dodridge your making lot of money along with the CIBC Bank so maybe hiring some extra people to do the work would come In Handy….My estate and TFSA are in limbo cause no people working…Was told we’d have paperwork email in two days it’s been over two weeks…The TFSA should have been dollied out already….Also Addi was very unprofessional getting mad at us for questions…Update ….5 months later and after numerous calls we finally received our TFSA …Storey is CIBC outsources estate matters now and neither myself or the bank can call estate Dept it has to be done by bank by email….unreal”

Navshika was very professional and helpful, and the bank manager was extremely eager and cordial. its a busy place and bank has many customers, I suggest going in early close to opening hours to get things done quickly. Overall, it was a great experience.”
