The owner was one of the most jovial food truck owners I’ve ever encountered and immediately made my fiancé and I feel welcomed as celiac diners. Jimmy was quick to ease our fears about CC and went above and beyond to offer our little pup an ice cream treat while we waited. We ordered several things off the menu for takeout including the corn dog, chicken club, chicken dinner and fries. We immediately drove it over to my parent’s place for lunch and it travelled beautifully (didn’t go soggy or cold). We were over the moon with the taste and texture and have raved about it to all our family and friends ever since (GF and non GF folk alike) because you absolutely can’t tell the difference. Thank you for catering to celiacs, a growing group of customers often dismissed/overlooked in the food space, and we can’t wait to dine with you again!
