It's the best looking of the 3 body centers I visited in the area. Very clean, very neat. There are no business cards, and I'm still waiting for a quote. I calked they need a week.

I had an unfortunate accident with a deer where it damaged the side of my car. I don’t know a ton about vehicles but was pleasantly surprised when they talked everything out with me about the damage and what needed to be repaired. Everything was dealt with my insurance and it couldn’t have been an easier situation for me to get my car back looking even better than before. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs a vehicle repaired through insurance or needing something fixed out of their own pocket. Thanks again Kanata collision!

Excellent service, courteous and friendly. I brought my Nissan Rogue in to get an appointment to fix a fender guard that got torn off and some paint removed. They immediately took me in, did the job in a twenty minutes and I was on my way. The price was such a pleasant shock... we were prepared for a much larger bill. We have used Kanata Collision in the past and definitely recommend them to anyone who unfortunately needs their service!

Pathetic customer service. I had been to their shop twice to give pictures of my car for 2 different collusions. First time they lost the pictures and didn't bother to call back so I had to come back again. For the second accident, I went there, they took the pictures and when I called back after a week, they said that they don't have an estimate yet and I have to wait patiently. They never called back after it. My guess that they lost it again.

This is a very good auto repair body shop. The were available to answer questions and it arrived in a timely fashion. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Pathetic customer service. I had been to their centre twice to give pictures of my Car , may be 2-3 weeks back. When i call them today, they say pictures are not yet given and disconnected the call. For all the customers who want to visit the centre, please dont go by their overall google reviews, i see recent reviews rated 1* which is very apt, may be their service was good years ago.

Unprofessional, extremely rude. They do a terrible job on the vehicles they work on. My best advice is to look elsewhere for any sort of service in regards to your vehicle.

I arrived here for a mirror replacement due to a collision. I arrived April 18th and the front desk person told me to fill out forms and she'll go take pictures of the vehicle. and I was told the earliest it can be done was April 29th, No problem.
I call on April 29th and I'm rudely told to be patient and wait for parts/when they have time.
It has been over a month now and I call for the first time since then and I'm told they have no clue which vehicle I am talking about, they need new pictures and no process has been started or parts have been ordered.
The only explanation I got from this was that from Dennis was "I was not at work that day so i don't know". So I've been driving with a broken mirror for over a month. It's been dangerous. On top of that I have to drive back there for them to once again take pictures.
This has happened with MULTIPLE customers, huge risk coming here. They might just completely forget your claim.

Kanata Collision dealt deftly and economically with a shattered back window. All the glass was cleaned up and Greg arranged a solution that was beautifully done at a good price.
