“Although I do love everything at the Urban Barn Stittsville location, I do find the company’s process of ordering an item online, then waiting until it ships to your local store for pick up, a bit pointless-I was in my local store today, where they have at least 5 of the one item I ordered in stock & available, but I still have to wait for the email that says my item has been delivered to their store for me to pick up -so after leaving the store, I may get home & receive an email saying it’s there & then I have to return to pick it up -the only option I had was to purchase the item again, and then cancel/return the other one when it arrives -Just seems like a very archaic system”
“I found some great deals on home decor which were perfect to add some colour to the rooms in my home. Curtains, towels, pillows and a lampshade... all colour coordinated and of good quality. The sales person was helpful and pleasant”
